Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains how World Processing LLC (“World Processing”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit worldprocessing.com, submit an application or request, or otherwise communicate with us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide — such as your name, title, email address, phone number, messaging handle, business name, website, industry, business type, location, processing history and volumes, and anything you include in notes.
- Underwriting information — if you proceed with an application, documents and details that our acquiring partners require to evaluate and open an account. We request these separately and securely; please do not include sensitive documents or account numbers in the website form.
- Technical information — limited data sent by your browser, such as user agent, approximate location derived from your IP address, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
How we use information
- To review your request, contact you and evaluate which services and partners fit your business.
- To prepare and submit your file to acquiring banks and processing partners when you ask us to.
- To provide, support and improve our services and to communicate with you about them.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal, regulatory and card-network obligations.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With acquiring banks, processors and gateway providers when evaluating or opening an account at your request.
- With service providers who host, secure or operate our systems on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process or card-network rules, or to protect rights, property and safety.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, and meet legal and regulatory requirements. Application submissions are stored in access-controlled, encrypted storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
