Merchant accounts for the models others misread.
Subscription offers, high tickets, regulated categories, a past termination — none of it has to be the end of the conversation. It is a file that needs the right partner and proper preparation.

Built for volume that other providers flag.
Everything a high-risk merchant needs to accept cards with confidence — and to keep accepting them.
Multiple acquiring partners
We work with several wholesale acquirers, so we can route your file to where it fits — and look elsewhere if one bank’s appetite changes.
Approved multi-MID routing
Where each account is separately approved, gateway routing can distribute volume across disclosed merchant accounts under each acquirer’s terms.
NMI & Authorize.net
Keep the gateway your stack already speaks. We support both and can usually swap what sits behind your current integration.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover & AMEX
All four networks, including American Express — subject to acquirer, network and merchant approval.
Subscription & continuity
Recurring billing, trials and payment plans set up with the descriptors, disclosures and cancellation flows banks want to see.
Chargeback prevention
Pre-dispute alert programs can give you time to resolve disputes before they become chargebacks. Coverage varies by network and issuer.
Pre-underwriting first. Submission second.
Incomplete files and poor partner fit are common reasons for declines. We review your business the way an acquirer will — then send it where it fits.
What underwriting will ask for.
Having these ready is the single biggest thing you can do to move faster. We send a precise list for your business after you apply.
- Business formation documents and EIN letter
- Government-issued ID for each owner (25%+)
- Three to six months of business bank statements
- Recent processing statements, if you process today
- Voided business check or bank letter
- Website with policies, pricing and contact details
- Product details, fulfilment and refund process
- Marketing and billing flow for subscription offers
Straight answers
If your file is not ready, we say so — and tell you what fixes it.
More than one way forward
Multiple acquiring relationships mean more than one place to take your file.
A team that picks up
Telegram, WhatsApp, phone. Your account team knows your account.
The questions merchants actually ask.
Will you hold a reserve?
Many high-risk accounts carry a rolling reserve set by the acquiring bank. We tell you the expected structure before you sign anything; processing history is one of the factors a bank may weigh when it reviews the reserve later.
I was terminated by my last processor. Can I still apply?
Yes. Tell us what happened in the application. Prior terminations narrow the options and change what a bank will ask for, but they do not end the conversation.
What chargeback ratio do I need?
Lower is always better, and card-network monitoring programs set hard limits. If your ratio is elevated, we will look at why and what can change before we submit.
Can you board international businesses?
Our focus is US-based merchants. If you operate elsewhere, apply anyway and tell us where — we will be straight with you about fit.
Put your file in front of the right bank.
One application covers card processing, e-check, or both. A specialist reviews every complete file.
Submitting an application starts a review. It is not a promise of approval.
